1. Bookings
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
- By booking a session or starting a membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Payments
- Single sessions and classes: payment is required in full at the time of booking, through Stripe or PayPal.
- Memberships: billed monthly in advance through Stripe, as described in Section 3.
- Prices are listed in US dollars ($).
3. Memberships
- Auto-renewal: By starting a membership, you authorize Pickleball PR, through Stripe, to charge your card the monthly price shown at sign-up on your sign-up date, and on the same date each month, until you cancel. You will receive a receipt by email after each payment.
- What’s included: 12 classes per month, usable on any class on the schedule. Unused classes don’t roll over and reset on your next billing date. Class sizes are limited, so classes must be reserved in advance through our online booking system.
- Cancelling: You can cancel at any time using the “manage your membership” link on your receipts and invoices, or by emailing hello@pickleballpr.club. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep your remaining classes until then. We don’t give partial-month refunds.
- Failed payments: If a renewal payment fails, we will email you and retry over the following two weeks. If payment still hasn’t gone through after about two weeks, your membership is cancelled.
- Founders rate: Founding members keep their founders rate for as long as their membership stays continuously active. If a membership is cancelled and the member rejoins later, the current standard rate applies.
- Price changes: We will email you before any price increase takes effect, and you may cancel before then.
- Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation by Pickleball PR:
- If we cancel a session for any reason (e.g., weather, facility issues), you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Members will have the class restored to their account instead.
- Customer Cancellation (single sessions; memberships are covered in Section 3):
- Within 24 hours of booking: You may cancel and receive a full refund.
- After 24 hours of booking but more than 24 hours before your scheduled session: No refund, but you may reschedule your session once at no additional cost (subject to availability).
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: No refund or reschedule. Your payment is forfeited.
5. Rescheduling
- To reschedule (where eligible), log into your Player Login on pickleballpr.club or contact us at hello@pickleballpr.club at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
- Rescheduled sessions must be taken within 60 days of the original booking date.
6. Attendance & Late Arrival
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your session.
- Late arrivals may result in a shorter session; no refund or extension will be provided.
7. Health & Safety
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to play pickleball.
- Pickleball PR is not liable for injuries or accidents.
8. Weather & Unforeseen Events
- Outdoor sessions may be affected by weather. Pickleball PR will decide whether conditions are unsafe and notify you as early as possible.
- If we cancel due to weather, you will receive a full refund or may reschedule if you prefer. Members will not lose a class: it will be added back to their monthly total.
9. Code of Conduct
- Respectful behavior toward staff and other players is required.
- We reserve the right to remove anyone who behaves inappropriately without a refund.
10. Privacy
We collect and use your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
