1. Bookings
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
- By booking a session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Payments
- Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
- Prices are listed in US dollars ($).
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation by Pickleball PR:
- If we cancel a session for any reason (e.g., weather, facility issues), you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
- Customer Cancellation:
- Within 24 hours of booking: You may cancel and receive a full refund.
- After 24 hours of booking but more than 24 hours before your scheduled session: No refund, but you may reschedule your session once at no additional cost (subject to availability).
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: No refund or reschedule. Your payment is forfeited.
4. Rescheduling
- To reschedule (where eligible), log into your customer portal or contact us at hello@pickleballpr.club at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
- Rescheduled sessions must be taken within 60 days of the original booking date.
5. Attendance & Late Arrival
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your session.
- Late arrivals may result in a shorter session; no refund or extension will be provided.
6. Health & Safety
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to play pickleball.
- Pickleball PR is not liable for injuries or accidents.
7. Weather & Unforeseen Events
- Outdoor sessions may be affected by weather. Pickleball PR will decide whether conditions are unsafe and notify you as early as possible.
- If we cancel due to weather, you will receive a full refund or may reschedule if you prefer.
8. Code of Conduct
- Respectful behavior toward staff and other players is required.
- We reserve the right to remove anyone who behaves inappropriately without a refund.
9. Privacy
We collect and use your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
