No sports background required; just bring your sneakers and a smile!
What you'll learn in 60 minutes
The Absolute Basics: How to hold the paddle, hit a solid forehand and backhand, and serve with confidence.
The Rules of the Game: We’ll break down the scoring system (yes, those three numbers!) and the basic rules of play so you actually understand what’s happening.
The “Kitchen” Demystified: Learn what the Non-Volley Zone is, why it matters, and how to play it safely.
Real Play: You’ll finish the class playing a real, un-intimidating game with your fellow beginners.
What we provide
Paddles & Balls: Don’t buy expensive gear yet! We provide high-quality beginner paddles and balls for the duration of the class.
