Role Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Pickleball Coach to lead and energize our community sessions, including socials, live ball drills, open play, and skill-building activities. You’ll help players of all levels improve their game, foster a fun, inclusive environment, and keep sessions running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Host and facilitate weekly pickleball socials, creating a welcoming, social atmosphere for players of all skill levels.
- Lead live ball drills focused on improving shot placement, consistency, and strategy.
- Oversee open play sessions, encouraging fair play and engagement among participants.
- Design and deliver targeted drills to help players sharpen their skills and confidence.
- Provide on-court coaching, tips, and feedback tailored to individual and group needs.
- Assist with setting up and managing equipment and court schedules.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive community spirit.
Quallifications
- Solid knowledge of pickleball rules, techniques, and strategy.
- Experience coaching or teaching pickleball preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, patient, and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to manage groups and keep sessions organized and on schedule.
Compensation and Benefits
Starting at $25 per hour, with opportunities for increases based on experience, performance, and additional responsibilities.
